Processing Guide :
|
|
Pre-drying the resin for 3 hours at 90~95°C.
The injection temperature of barrel is among 230~260°C.
The injection pressure is about 50~70kg/cm².
The holding pressure is about 40~60kg/cm².
The back pressure is about 5~15kg/cm².
The mold temperature is about 40~80°C.
Do not retain the hot melt at the barrel for a long time between injection cycles.
